Mokusei means Jupiter in Japanese. it is because the pattern on its surface is similar to Jupiter?!
The material is cherry veneer with back lamination and it is produced by a Japanese veneer company who has high technique of lamination.
The shade is consisted of 20 pieces of triangle shaped veneer and so the package of the shade is a flat triangle.
